Showing Up, Together with ADHD Program
Want to learn how to have less criticism and shame in your relationships?
The SUT Program is made for adult relationships like yours!
As you may know, Dr Claire and Tom have ADHD.
We understand the struggles with constant arguing, criticism, anger, and resentment that comes with relationships when one or both partners have ADHD.
It often feels like walking around with a short fuse. Or having to do damage control after the impulsive outbursts.
There is typically more conflict in ADHD relationships, than neurotypical ones.
It took us a LONG time to discover the skills that would specifically help.
Not just reading loads of psychological research articles. But applying the skills in our own relationship.
We get together semi-weekly as a group virtually to talk about each unit and apply the skills to your relationships...
...so you can put them into action and see smoother interactions.
We really want you to create stronger bonds and personal wins from this.
To do that, we spend time with you to make sure you see personal results.
The more strategies you implement and try... the more we work with you to refine them for your life.
This is a 10-week live coaching AND video course with worksheets
The outcome is simple: To help you have relationships that are going to be smoother and to resolve conflicts better.
Don’t walk on eggshells as much.
Have smoother relationships.
Have smoother relationships.

FAQs
- Do I need this when I already have medication?Medication can help improve sustained attention and reduce distractibility for adults with ADHD, but it doesn’t help us figure out what to pay attention to. To improve attention control and executive functioning skills, you need to develop new skills, strategies, and habits.
- I don’t know if I have enough time for this. What is the time commitment? We want you to find this super helpful so we’ve chunked this up into manageable pieces. You can go as fast or slow as you like. The more you put into this, the more you get out of it. If you don’t want to put an hour per week into growing yourself, this course may not be for you.
- How do I know this program works? The techniques and skills taught and coached are based in psychological research by a psychologist who specializes in ADHD and who lives with ADHD. It’s not someone reading a few books on ADHD and wanting to coach people. This is PhD level education interpreted for practical learning by adults.
